The goal was to double the communication space to separate branding from information, without increasing the label size or damaging the delicate product.
We engineered a double-sided functional banderole to solve the "too much info, too little space" dilemma. Given the sticky nature of the product, we had to develop a solution that maximizes print surface area while chemically isolating the adhesive from the bag material.

Replaced plastic with a recyclable barrier paper engineered to run flawlessly on fast packing machines without compromising the premium tactile feel.

A recyclable paper alternative (PAP 22) that matched the mechanics of legacy plastic films, requiring zero speed loss or expensive machine modifications.
