Sustainable packaging from concept to delivery

At Leoprint, sustainability is embedded in how we work — not just in the materials we use. We are proud to be fully solvent-free in all printed packaging and coating operations. This means we avoid volatile compounds like acetone or alcohols, using only water-based and odorless alternatives for our recyclable and compostable packaging lines.

Our in-house production model enables us to manufacture exactly what’s needed — reducing surplus, overproduction, and transport-related emissions for more efficient packaging solutions.

By using wide-format raw material rolls, we optimize web layout to minimize trim waste. Through project-level coordination, we share materials across production lines to maximize efficiency.

We keep electricity and water consumption extremely low, thanks to efficient LED drying systems, smart motors, and careful planning. In fact, electricity accounts for only ~1% and water ~0.1% of our total operating costs.All of this is supported by certified management systems — FSC certified packaging Chain of Custody, ISO 9001, and IWAY supplier compliance. We also apply strict supplier selection criteria, prioritizing environmental and social responsibility.
